Omer Einhoren
Founder & CEO
Omer is the founder and principal of PCG . He oversees the business activities of the group focusing on new business development and investor relations. He specializes in structuring acquisitions and disposals of commercial and residential real estate while also leading strategic negotiations with key tenants across the board. Omer has over a decade of experience in European real estate in a wide range of asset classes. He poses a rich track record in an array of C- Level & Board member positions among them VP Business Development EMEA for the Synerscope, VP Marketing & Sales and Deputy CEO –Elsight (ASX Code –ELS), VP Marketing & Sales CELLACT(ELRN(TLV)), Founder & Partner Rock Invest GmbH & Co.KG and Managing Partner Tree Top Capital Group GmbH

Marco Neef MIRCS, M.Sc. (Real Estate)
Partner & Director Transactions
Marco has been active in the German real estate industry since 1998. He holds an M.Sc. in Real Estates and is an active member of the world's leading professional association "RICS Royal Institution of Chartered Survey". Marco has actively transacted over 155 Mio. EUR in a variety of asset classes. He brings extensive knowhow and knowledge in development projects with a focus in large scale Residential developments as well as senior living schemes.

Rami Zoltak
Asset Management
From 2004 – 2012 Mr.Zolatk established SUMMIT’s activities in Germany and served as its CEO in charge of the portfolio management, growth and expansion. At the time, SUMMIT held app. EUR 1 B AUM across Germany in verity of commercial assets classes. As of 2013 Rami established a residential portfolios of approx. EUR 150 Mio including its management for private equity investors.
He is a civil engineer with more than 25 years of experience in the real Estate sector, and extensive background as well as hands on in Real Estate Management, specializing in creating added value .

With over a decade of market experience, Mr. Moran has actively transacted on and managed commercial and residential real estate, with a value of more than € 300 million. Furthermore, he has successfully underwritten and fulfilled numerous Value-Add and Core+ Business Plans, developing a broad network to both institutional financiers and banks. As a market player focusing on value extraction, he has consistently achieved returns exceeding relevant market benchmarks.
