In light of both these trends, as well as the increasingly demanding financial environment (i.e., growing inflationary pressures), PCG is focusing its activities on Residential Solutions (e.g., Assisted Living & Community Living for Baby Boomers), KITA’s (Kindergartens) and Medical Properties (e.g., Medical Practices). These services represent some of the strongest underlying demand-side expansion plays within the German real estate market. In addition to the demand-driven growth, these Assets-Classes also provide both long-term income-stability and sustainable returns. In light of the greater demographic demand curve, we strongly believe that this product-mix represents a good risk-diversification strategy.
